There are so many aspects to nutrition to consider. As a Nutrition Coach it's my job to help you develop your life long diet and love it. Not just a quick fix or a 30 day diet, but one that you can enjoy the rest of your life. As you age there may be small changes to make, but the over all plan will still be the same.
Nutrition as a whole is to focus on what is right for your body. Some people do better on animal protein for example and some do better on plant based protein. As a Nutrition Coach we will discover together what's right for you. We will also discover any unknown food allergies you never knew you had and how to adjust your diet in a way that you enjoy.
I love to cook and I love to garden. These two loves work hand in hand together. I can help you design great recipes and even tips on growing your own organic produce. Nutrition can be fun and exciting. Just think of all the delicious foods to try. All those herbs and spices you always wanted to use, but had no idea how to use, and you can learn how beneficial they are for your health. Nutrition is the KEY ingredient to a healthy life!
